Our caviar is sustainably farmed in Austria, using pure water from the Austrian Alps, and is produced in strict accordance with Austrian regulations. What makes it truly unique is our “Golden Reserve” caviar, where you can choose your own salting level or provide a fully custom salt recipe—a world first!
Unopened, caviar can be stored in the fridge at temperatures between -2°C and +4°C for about 8 weeks, depending on the type (Trout up to 6 months). Once opened, it should be consumed within 2 days.
We provide next-day delivery across Europe (via GO! Express), ensuring the caviar remains fresh throughout the shipping process by maintaining the cold chain.
Caviar should be stored in the fridge at -2°C to +4°C, ideally in the coldest part of the fridge. We recommend taking it out shortly before consumption to bring it to room temperature.
We currently ship within the European Union. If you are outside of Europe, please contact us to discuss potential shipping options. We are also in the process of expanding our markets to the USA and Canada.
