Four Advent Sundays, four deliveries, one ascent. Each week we send a complete set – freshly produced caviar, a bottle of Paul Bara Brut Réserve Grand Cru champagne, handmade blinis and sour cream – and only the caviar changes. From Sunday to Sunday it gets rarer.
1st Advent – Red Pearl alpine trout roe
2nd Advent – Imperial Baerii
3rd Advent – Platinum Selection
4th Advent – Titan Selection
For 2: 50g per tin (Red Pearl 100g), 12 blinis each Sunday, two mother-of-pearl spoons.
For 4: 125g per tin (Red Pearl 2 × 100g), 24 blinis each Sunday, four mother-of-pearl spoons.
Both sets come with a 0.75 l bottle of Paul Bara Brut Réserve and fresh sour cream every Sunday.
Every delivery comes with a tasting card. Freshly produced in Salzburg, unpasteurised, delivered chilled before each Sunday.
For the fourth Sunday, two sets can finish with Royal Albino instead of Titan Selection. On request only, via business@caviar-eichinger.at.

The bright beginning. Coral-red trout roe, mild and clean, with a gentle pop.

Before you order.
When does the first delivery arrive?
Each set ships on a Thursday and arrives on the Friday before its Sunday of Advent: 27 November, then 4, 11 and 18 December.
Can I give the box as a gift and send it to another address?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s address at checkout. All four deliveries go there.
What if I’m not home on delivery day?
The box is left at your address. The caviar travels in an insulated box with cooling elements and stays fresh until the evening. Please put it in the fridge soon after it arrives on delivery day.
Which allergens are in the box?
Caviar and trout roe: fish. Blinis: wheat (gluten) and egg. Sour cream: milk. Champagne: sulphites.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Anywhere in the EU.
