The Process

Distilled withthe impossible.

The Albino Caviar Vodka begins where our rarest product ends. Albino Caviar — produced in tiny quantities from a genetic anomaly that occurs in fewer than one in every thousand sturgeon — is used as the base material for a distillation process unlike any other in the spirits category.

The result carries none of the typical characteristics you would expect from a vodka. What comes through instead is a mineral depth, a clean palate weight and a finish that develops slowly rather than dissipating. We produce it in very limited quantities — the harvest determines the supply, not the other way around.

Tasting Notes

What to expect.

This is not a vodka built around neutrality. The distillation base leaves a presence — mineral, considered, slow to resolve on the finish.

Nose

Clean and mineral. The first impression is almost waterlike, before a faint warmth from the distillate base arrives — quiet and unhurried.

Palate

A weight that sits well without heat. The mineral character holds through the mid-palate, with the faintest impression of something briny — the caviar origin, abstracted.

Finish

Unusually long for a vodka. Dry, with a creamy texture on the back of the palate that dissipates over the course of a minute rather than immediately.

Body

Full. Considerably more so than the proof suggests. There is no burn — only a clean, rounded palate weight that confirms the quality of the source material.
