Handmade Blinis

Small, soft and barely sweet. A good blini does one job: carry the caviar without competing with it. Ours are made by hand in our own kitchen, in small batches, for exactly that.
We freeze them on the day they are made. They travel frozen in the chilled express box with your order, thaw on the way and arrive soft and fresh, ready to warm.
Twelve blinis per pack, enough for four people.
How to serve: Warm in a dry pan or the oven at 180 °C for 1–2 minutes. Top with sour cream and a generous spoon of caviar.

Storage: Keep refrigerated after arrival. Unopened, they keep for about 5 to 8 days; best before: see pack.
